The blonde actress was make-up free for the swim and showed off her enviable complexion, while her flat stomach and toned legs were also on display.
She later sported large black shades as she dried herself off with a towel and chatted to a female friend.
Sarah also enjoyed a two-hour hike with designer Diane Von Furstenberg and businessman Barry Diller, before her friend Andy Cohen managed to get her in a snap which he posted to his Instagram page.

Wheatgrass shots served by models, moonlight meditation and anxiety-healing classes: Inside Millie Mackintosh's £3,200-a-week luxury Ibiza fitness camp
PUBLISHED: 12:09, 8 May 2015 | UPDATED: 15:36, 8 May 2015
It's a destination renowned for its nightclubs and 24-hour party culture.
So it's perhaps surprising that many of the celebrities and socialites jetting over to Ibiza in recent weeks haven’t ventured within a 100-yard sprint of the trendy bars and restaurants usually frequented by the rich and famous.
Instead, the glitterati have been discarding their high hemlines and Louboutin heels from their designer suitcases in favour of trainers, lycra and sports bras.

The camp takes place at a luxurious base in Ibiza and has a host of celebrity fans
The change is down a new fitness camp that has launched on the island, and which has already welcomed the likes of former Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh, model Zara Martin, TV chef Gizzie Erskine, presenter Laura Whitmore, musician Jordan Stephens and Britain’s Got Talent star Lettice Rowbotham.
Pop-Up Fitness Retreat, which is based near the village of San Augustin, runs a seven-day ‘boot camp’ from the luxury Villa Can Verru - the holiday home favoured by Kate Moss and Kylie Minogue.
Founded by 25-year-old former PR executive-turned-personal trainer Olivia Cooney, the concept aims to deliver an alternative to the military-style fitness camps that have sprung up across the UK in recent years. Instead of simply enduring punishing workouts, guests can sunbathe in between sessions, enjoy a pampering by massage therapists ahead of 12km hikes across the hillsides and even join moonlight meditation classes.

Activities include beach runs and boxing sessions, Pilates, and paddle boarding. And while guests are encouraged to forgo pina coladas and shun alcoholic beverages during their week-long stay, metabolism-boosting wheatgrass shots are regularly served by both male and female models throughout the resort.
Also on offer are complimentary acupuncture sessions, anxiety-healing classes and osteopathic manipulative therapy - a technique used to relieve back pain by re-aligning the body’s muscles and bones. Guests are also promised a day off from their ‘tough love’ fitness programme at one of Ibiza’s most exclusive beach clubs, The Cotton Club, which features its own private beach.
An open air cinema at the villa also screens evening performances beneath the stars. The trip, which is available for up to 13 guests at a cost of between £950 and £3,200 per person per week, allows visitors to stay in the villa’s penthouse suite or in rustic tipis in the grounds of the resort which have double beds and their own wardrobes.

The fitness fanatic has completely revamped her diet and figure in recent years
Meals are prepared by award-winning chefs and each menus is made up of wheat, diary, gluten and sugar-free meals.
‘I know there are a thousand military-style boot camps out there that want you up at 6.30am, feed you boiled eggs and leave you feeling beaten up,’ said Miss Cooney, who has also worked as a personal trainer to singer Katherine Jenkins.
‘But these are not fitness camps that I would go on. They are not fitness camps that the clients I train back in the UK want to go on, or my friends.
Moonlight meditation is the quieter way people at the camp can wind down after a busy day of workouts
Millie posted a variety of healthy dishes from her stay in Ibiza, packed with goodness following her workouts
‘I thought I would create a fitness camp that offered lots of fitness but which was also luxurious. I want people to be able to sunbathe and have fun just like you were at a fabulous hotel on a sunny holiday, rather than leave feeling hungry.
HOW GUESTS ARE PUT THROUGH THEIR PACES:
BOXING BOOTCAMP 7.30am - 8.30am
BREAKFAST 9am - 10am
ARMS WORKOUT 11am - 11.30am
ABS BLAST 12pm - 12.30pm
LUNCH 1pm - 2pm
12KM RUN 3.30pm - 5pm 12KM
PILATES 5.30pm - 6.30pm
DINNER 7.30pm - 9pm
MOONLIGHT MEDITATION 9pm - 10pm
‘It is the ultimate luxury fitness retreat. Gone are the days where you go on holiday and spend your money on all-inclusive, all-drinking, all-eating trips when you actually come home feeling worse than you did when you left.
'Now people want to go away on holiday and come away feeling better about themselves, re-vitalised and having done something constructive. I am trying to create a holiday where lots of fitness is available.'
'I get enquiries from people saying they worry that they can’t go a week without a glass of wine, or can’t go a week without eating chocolate. I always say that nothing is forbidden, but I know that when they are on the trip, no-one tends to touch the honesty bar and they participate in all the exercises.
'People very quickly focus themselves. They are around like-minded people in a comfortable environment where everyone encourages one another.'
In March this year, research revealed British holidaymakers were increasingly choosing fitness holidays over traditional tourism and sightseeing breaks.

Almost 50 per cent of Britons said they would like to try a fitness holiday, according to a poll by foreign exchange company Travelex.

Model Gisele Bundchen is one such high-profile convert, having recently posted a series of Instagram pictures of her performing yoga on the beach, while Kelly Brook has opted for a similarly healthy breaks abroad.
In contrast, conventional group trips only appealed to five per cent of the 2,000 people polled.
Pop Up Fitness Retreat are running two further fitness camps in Ibiza this year - one at the end of May and another in October.
The company also plan to launch similar camps in Morocco, Greece, Portugal and Miami. They are also unveiling a four-day ‘long weekender’ at the four-star Ston Easton Park Hotel in Somerset in August.
There is plenty of opportunity for relaxation between classes so guests can recover
‘Guests get personal attention and gentle encouragement, rather than drill-sergeant discipline,’ added Miss Cooney.
‘One of our visitors lost a stone in one week, but it is not just about promising a huge amount of weight loss in seven days. What we want to achieve by the end of the week is being able to put people on a path to ultimate health - not just physical, but emotional and mental health too, which is why we offer complimentary treatments, meditation and cooking workshops.
‘We want them to carry on what they have learned out here at home, and maintain with their fitness regime and healthy eating. We want to promote a lifestyle change. I don’t think it is necessary to be military about fitness. We want people to leave feeling wonderful too.’
